I. Definition

4. Reduce menstrual cramps
Don quai is commonly known as a herb specially made for woman's reproductive system by nature. It includes substances that help to regulate a woman's period flow during the menstrual cycle as well as reducing the pain caused by hormone imbalance and weakness due to loss of blood.
